Our goal is simple: A Norfolk where Deaf voices are heard, valued, and able to thrive.
We challenge inequality and advocate for fair access, clear communication, and increased visibility for Deaf people across all areas of life.
We deliver accessible, tailored support, raise awareness of Deafness, and work to remove barriers between Deaf people and the wider community.
Our goal is to improve the quality of life for Deaf, Deafblind, Hard of Hearing people and CODAs by reducing the everyday barriers they face.
We believe in a world where Deaf people can live with confidence, independence, and full inclusion.
We build strong, inclusive communities where Deaf individuals feel supported, understood, and heard.
We aim to play a meaningful role in challenging disadvantage and exclusion. Ensuring our communities are heard, valued, and able to thrive.
We work alongside public services and local authorities to improve access and reduce isolation.
We place people at the centre of our work and apply innovative, practical strategies to create lasting, positive change.

Behind Deaf Connexions is a passionate and dedicated team working to empower Deaf people and strengthen our community. We are proud to be a Deaf-led organisation, shaped by lived experience and a strong understanding of Deaf culture and BSL.
